Every morning you wake up thinking, today I'm going to be good.

yourself up for your lack of self-control and the fact that deep down
you know your baby is the one that is really getting the bum deal here,
so you promise yourself that tommorow will be different - but will it
really? It's
a really common scenario and you wouldn't believe the amount of
pregnant women who go through this very same thing, but what you really
need to ask yourself is what is the real reason all of this matters to
you so much? Your first answer is probably going to be that you
don't want to be fat and frumpy anymore, or that you are fed-up of
feeling so rubbish all the time, but ask yourself again. What's the
real reason that you searched for this page? It's probably something along these lines: -
You're scared that eating and drinking all the wrong things is going to
affect your baby's development. You know that all the processed food
you eat is packed with chemicals and preservatives that are no good for
growing a strong healthy baby, but you're not exactly sure what you

somehow failing every day. - You constantly talk about how much
weight you've put on and friends tell you it doesn't matter - you're
not fat, you're pregnant. You laugh it off but deep down inside it
